CUSTOMER CARE
AMK Knife Manufacturing knives are made of carbon steel, not stainless. This means that they must be washed after each use and promptly dried. If you do not intend on using the knife for an extended period, I recommend oiling the blade with a food safe oil to help prevent rust. Following these simple steps will help to keep the knives from rusting (cooking knives will patina after use and over time this will help to prevent rust even more).
